The Industrial BioDevelopment Laboratory (IBDL), CIHR Training Program in Regenerative Medicine (TPRM), Millipore Canada and Fisher Scientific are pleased to be offering their 1st Western Blot Workshop that consists of both lectures and hands-on laboratory training. This workshop is designed for the researcher that has not yet had exposure to western blotting techniques and covers material including:

 What is the purpose of Western Blotting?
 How to choose the right gel and gel concentration
 How to optimize protocol conditions to avoid common blotting problems
